Work With Pina Travels
I’m Erin Hynes, the Canadian blogger behind Pina Travels, and a member of the Travel Media Association of Canada (TMAC). I create content that reaches an audience of 100,000+ across my channels, with the help of my husband Lucas.
On my award-winning blog, I write about how to travel in a mindful way. I also host Curious Tourism, an award-nominated podcast that explores issues related to responsible travel, and I send a monthly newsletter to my community.
I have an audience of 85,000+ across multiple social media channels:
My profile has been featured on Business Insider, AFAR Media, in the Toronto Star, and True North Living. In 2024, I published an opinion piece covering how to travel more consciously in the age of overtourism, for the Toronto Star.
I’ve been nominated in 6 categories for the Traverse Creator Awards, and have won the award for Best Written Piece and Best 12-Month Achievement. In 2023, I was shortlisted as Travel Creator of the Year by the Influence Awards. In 2025, I won a Travel Media Association of Canada Award for best short-form video, under 10 minutes in length.

I’ve worked with brands and DMOs across Canada and internationally, including HipCamp, Blue Cross, World Nomads, Aisle, Visit Caledon, Tourism Prince Edward Island, and Visit Algarve.
On my blog I write guides that cover responsible tourism topics like, how to avoid overtourism and tips for traveling sustainably. And, I write destination guides that include responsible travel tips within them! While I cover many international destinations, I focus much of my content on my adventures around my home province, Ontario.

How Can We Work Together?
I’ve been blogging since 2019, and have worked with countless brands, DMOs, and tourism boards. My audience is primarily based in Canada, USA, UK, and Europe.
Aside from blogging, I am a full-time digital marketer in the tech field. As a result I’m professional to work with and I understand what is expected of me in a partnership. With all campaigns, I aim to create a cohesive and compelling story across my channels, and I always follow up with a metrics report so you can see the results of our partnership.
Partnership opportunities can include, but are not limited to:
- Hotel, hostel, and other accommodation reviews
- Travel gear and accessory reviews
- Day or multi-day tour reviews
- Attractions and activities
- Press trips
- Sponsored posts
- Partnered content
- Professional photography
- Drone footage and photography
- Sponsored podcast episodes
